Bath & Body Works Japanese Cherry Blossom Review

It's day 8 of Blog marathon and today I am gonna be reviewing one of my favorite bath & body care brand's products. As you can tell by the title I am gonna review Bath & Body Works Japanese Cherry Blossom Set. This set includes Japanese Cherry Blossom Shower Gel, Japanese Cherry Blossom Body Lotion, and Japanese Cherry Blossom Mist. 

To be honest, I love all my B&B collection and they all smell so good. But this one is one of my favorites. The first time I got Japanese Cherry Blossoms Set was a couple of years back as a gift from my husband on Valentine's day. And since then, I have been a huge fan of this scent collection. Definitely my signature scent from B&B!

Japanese Cherry Blossom Shower Gel Review

This shower gel smells wonderful, lathers really well and cleanses the skin very nicely. After every usage my skin felt so soft, clean, hydrated and refreshed. It rinses clean with no tacky residue. It’s quite nourishing and moisturizing. A small amount of the shower gel is required during each use and this 295ml bottle will easily last up to more than 60 usages.The only downside however is that the scent doesn't last that long. For best result  make sure to follow with lotion. I totally loved Japanese Cherry Blossom Shower Gel. I really like its fragrance and if you are someone who love floral scent in your shower gel I would say this is something you should definitely buy.

Bath & Body Works Japanese Cherry Blossom Body Lotion Review

The pale pink cream feels light (almost whipped) rich and smooth when applied to skin. It has really calming floral scent and I can't decide what I like more; the delicate scent or the decadent texture. Either way it's good lotion. The scent is so relaxing and the enriched formula left my skin supple for hours. It hydrates my skin so well and it feels nice on the skin without feeling too greasy or sticky which is big selling point for me. It is one of best selling fragrances in the USA (It's no wonder it's such a crowd-pleaser). Japanese cherry blossom is my absolute favorite lotion (because it smells so good and and makes my skin feel soft). I would highly recommend this lotion.

Bath & Body Works Japanese Cherry Blossom Body Mist Review

It has a warm floral scent and smells like it's a blend of the obvious cherry blossoms with crisp pears, mimosa petals, and sweet sandalwood. It has a light clean smell and last about 2 hours or so. The scent is floral and so refreshing. It's not too weak and not too overpowering. I used to take it with me everywhere. This is one of my top favorite fragrance mists by bath and body works.  I highly recommend to get a whiff of this this one, if you ever visit a B&B Store and if you like it don't buy right away just wait until they have some sort of sale ongoing. It's a good quality mist with a fair price. I would definitely repurchase it and would highly recommend it to those who lover floral scents.

Final Verdict:

I always buy anything that is Japanese cherry blossom scented from bath and body works. All of these products smell really nice and feminine without being too overpowering (it's not too strong but not too soft either).  I love the scent of this range but the longevity of it is minimal so my tip is to use the shower gel and lotion in combination with the mist, it will increase the longevity of the fragrance. The packaging is cute and convenient plus B&B always has great deals ongoing so it's a win win situation.

In short, I love the whole Japanese Cherry Blossom Line  from Bath & Body Works (it's my favorite sets from B&B). Love the scent. Love the quality of each product. For me this is perfect for summer as it's light and feminine but then again I love it so much that I can wear this kind of scents any time of the year!


I would highly recommend it to people who are looking for perfumes that don't have a very strong and distinct smell(as it's light and feminine). This range is definitely worth buying!
